Adolfo Nadal

Adolfo NadalFounder and Principal of archi[o]logics, Adolfo Nadal is a professional with a manifold career in architecture, education, design, and computational geometry. His professional work has won numerous prizes and has been internationally published.

As a researcher, he has worked on the redefinition of urban planning through the implementation of multi-agent systems, a description of space that focuses on characteristics and behaviours rather than form. Furthermore, he has worked for renowned international firms, such as Toyo Ito & Associates -winning design of the Gavia Park in Madrid-, UNStudio van Berkel & Bos, as well as for Ove Arup and Partners developing Master Plans.

He has tought at a large number of Institutions, including Columbia University in the city of New York, UPenn, the University of Madrid, Navarra, Seville, and Las Palmas, among others. He currently focuses his work on rethinking architecture via the unique abstraction permitted by algorithmic thinking, and leads archiologics, a firm that offers its services as an architectural consulting office.


Hugo Cifre

Hugo CifreBorn in Valencia but raised in Ibiza, Hugo has always been interested in design from a very early age. Through years Hugo has refined his language, expression, and design skills, focusing on modeling, rendering and animating. He is expert in product and architectural design, focusing on digital fabrication techniques and advanced programming.

As leader of our material innovation group, Hugo is responsible for the optimization and sistematization of production techniques and material algorithmic development. Currently, he is closely working with Adolfo Nadal on the development of Ergo, an algorithm for the ultimate material optimization that focuses on 3D printing techniques and complex geometries.

 

 

Eduardo González Requeijo

Eduardo GonzálezEduardo González has a broad experience in 3D printing and hardware. He leads a variety of 3d printing-related courses, mainly focusing on entrepreneurs and proffessionals who seek to deploy that technology in their everyday life. Eduardo has taught architects, engineers, odontologists, and many other proffessionals from a variety of fields to model, assembly, and use their own 3d printers.

Eduardo's expertise stands out in optimized construction processes, BIM, and their relationship to 3D printing, whereby he has worked with a variety of materials, ranging from plastics or ceramics to composites and concrete.  

Furthermore, he is responsible for our communication strategy and public relationship network, as well as communication, advertising, and coordination of public events.
